If water has been turned off for non-payment, your water will now be restored the following day after we have received your payment. We will NO longer do same-day turn-ons. To avoid having to wait 24+ hours to get water restored, it is recommended that you make sure your bill is paid PRIOR to the shut-off day listed on the red notice.

This policy change was approved by our commission board in March 2025 and will take effect on May 1, 2025!
